I have been using Adobe Photoshop Elements 8 – bought it at Costco for about $80.00
For me the best thing is to make files smaller for the web, crop images and to make the backgrounds transparent – like my picture on the blog. I used the Magic Extractor – which would cost a lot to get a professional to do it.
